General Information About eHUG

The European HyperCard Users Group (eHUG) is part of the International HyperCard Users Group (iHUG). The European branch does not have an internet site yet, but information about iHUG is available at http://www.iHUG.org.

The goals of eHUG are to provide a forum to HyperCard users and other xTalk programmers in Europe. The creation of eHUG is also a statement to Apple, saying that HyperCard users are everywhere, not just in the US.

This European branch of iHUG does not replace iHUG in any way. Members of iHUG who live in Europe can consider themselves to be a member of eHUG as well. All they need to do is tell me that they are a European HyperCard user. If you don't want to be a member of eHUG while being a HyperCard Mail List reader, don't worry. No one is added to the eHUG list without explicit permission to do so --unless by mistake.

Although HyperCard is our core business, eHUG does not exclude other xTalks. Since HyperCard users may very well profit from the ideas and knowledge of other xTalk programmers, users of other authoring tools are welcome to join the group.

Everybody who has any suggestions that might be helpful to eHUG or the HyperCard booth is invited to send his or her comments to the eHUG co-ordinator. See the contact page for e-mail addresses.
